Update April,1 5pm pCC: We delivered 300 hosted in SBG3 and 900 hosted in RBX, but we won’t be able to deliver more that 500 hosts in SBG3. It will be too long. That’s why we still adding new hosts in RBX and we help the custs to migrate data from SBG3 to RBX. Please contact us.

We have a major incident on SBG2. The fire declared in the building. Firefighters were immediately on the scene but could not control the fire in SBG2. The whole site has been isolated which impacts all services in SGB1-4. We recommend to activate your Disaster Recovery Plan.

@erick31151701 @olesovhcom Sometimes is does not work like that. It’s not because you get 9 wives that you’ll get a kid in 1 month ? If you double the people and get twice as fast but you get 20% more chance to lose data what would you choose ? No pun intended just saying, I guess that’s not that easy...

@olesovhcom Replace everything, clean and use it later,focus on just cleaning the drives this will be quicker, get the unused stuff from other bear datacenters for replacement, that would save you money and time , some companies are opportunistic,they may just do extra useless stuff for cash

Update March,24 6:30pm The cleaning takes time. We have 80 people (SBG3) + 20 people (Croix). On the left, a motherboard with the smoke pollution on the CPU socket. It’s very corrosive ! If we power up, it’s dead. Same the disk. On the right, the same device 24h after cleaned up

@olesovhcom ok, but i started to move last servers from ovh to other provider ;) because NO SUPPORT, no reply to tickets, no refund. every normal bussiness in the same accident day obtained servers in other providers DC, because 1-2week waiting is just for kids gaming vps :)

@olesovhcom Hi, couldn't we just get our HDD sent to us or put in some rescue machine without any cleanup process ? 10 days more is just not acceptable for us to recover some data on our server in 62E, HDDs are needed, the rest of the server is disposable for us.

@olesovhcom Still nothing about remaining vps on os-sbg6 ! Though the rack is up but the server is down ! Your support is just acting like a golfman sending people beyond the 48 hours! They don't even answer the ticket !
