Two nights of disrupted sleep because I could not wait to see the next ep of #CodeOfSilence. SO terrific, and #RoseAylingEllis (how can you not burst with admiration for this woman?) is sublime - as is #KieronMoore Incredible TV.

As much as it hurt to lose last night on reflection that win for Nottingham will mean so much more. After what happened, this is a key part of the city healing and the players, fans, coaches and everyone involved to enjoy the highs of this sport once more. That one’s for Adam.

A locker room that fans have questioned from top to the bottom have; - Won the Continental Cup - Made the cup final - Come from 3-0 down in the playoff finalists and forced double OT. Yes, fans and the room wanted more trophies, but that’s a great year for most teams.

This win was for you Adam. You will never be forgotten, and you will always be looking down on us. Also a momebt of reflection for someone who was always key to the Balcony appearances, and am sure that Gary you would be proud of the boys this weekend.
