Good evening Twitter and Good evening to everyone So there is this Apartment I went to inspect earlier this week at ipaja I check this house the price went for about 1.5 for a mini flat and the total Package is about 2.1 million. mind you I have been searching for an apartment for about 2-3 months now .. back to my story only for the agent to call and say 300k as been added like for where to where .. he then said the lawyer added to the price of the house One thing I want us all to know is we are our ow problem in this country,greed is our watchword and selfishness will kill us all .. we so derive joy in making life unbearable for others .. Even houses that aren’t renovated or newly built are charging as same price for rent .. please no one should lecture me about ehnn go and build your own house what’s the essence of a country whereby its citizens are so greedy.. jobs aren’t there even if people want to make money to pay for this apartment.. what we call and take as luxury in this country is just the basic necessities of life .. I’m putting this out here because anyone can feel it Is non of their business but it might not affect you directly it might be one of your close people .. For anyone making life unbearable and unlivable God in his infinite mercy will ask you .. Should we say the government is to be blame on this increase in house rent ? No we the people are just as bad as the government to greedy and selfish I really hope one day house issue or rentage won’t be what anyone hustling hard will have to worry about ..
