Addressed to "sinners" because that is who He said He came to call (as opposed to the "righteous") - e.g., Matthew 9:13, Luke 15:2, Luke 19:10 4.  "Come" instead of "go" (grammar nerd alert) - because Christ is in and with us so Christ is "here" (come) as opposed to over "there" (go). 5. "Live" - because He says repeatedly that people who come to Him, follow Him, believe on Him, etc., will have life. - e.g., John 6:51, John 3:16. 6. It is timely, as it is intricately associated with the imminent return of Christ.  Revelation 22:17 - "And the Spirit and the bride say, Come. And let him that heareth say, Come. And let him that is athirst come. And whosoever will, let him take the water of life freely."  This happens to be the last command in the Bible.
