Here’s a fun one. Pls someone solve this for me. My iPhone has deleted all contacts with just a phone number that have been added in the last several years, days even. Other contacts, only emails exist. Hundreds of client numbers, POOF. HALP.

Curious to know how many CRE folks have significantly cut back / given up alcohol? What was once a happily anticipated happy hour is now dreaded by me.

@oklahomanick Same here! I also think it’s more “acceptable” than it once was with way less stigma.

@AbigailTSievers I don't know if it's an age thing, but I have a lot of people around me totally quitting or cutting back on alcohol.

There has to be a human element to CRE still. Not everything can be plugged into a machine.

How is it August and where has this year gone?!

There’s something about an early morning meeting - before most are out the door that just energizes me. I can’t do it often but when I do, I never regret it.

13 MSF of industrial leases have been signed in Indy so far this year. 31% of those in the last 30 days. Summer is heating up for industrial in Indy.

Culture in the workplace is so, so important. Work toward always fostering the best there can be.

I had a client last year who was so happy every Monday when I talked to him. I finally asked why - he said Monday is the best day of the week. A fresh start. New to do list. More opportunities. I’ve adopted that ever since. Happy Monday! #CRE
