Elon Musk’s statement misrepresents how democracy and the legal system work. Judges don’t arbitrarily block presidential actions—they ensure they comply with the Constitution and the law. This is a fundamental check on executive power, not an attack on democracy. If a ruling is wrong, it can be appealed. The rule of law, not unchecked authority, is what defines a democracy.

If ANY judge ANYWHERE can stop EVERY Presidential action EVERYWHERE, we do NOT live in a democracy.
