Cervantes’ will no longer be taking a venue merch percentage of artist merchandise.  The standard rate for promoters is 20% of artist sales which we are abolishing. making it more sustainable for artists to tour.  They deserve this money & are proud to be a part of this movement.

@YouWontChaseMe @Soukiibass I’ve actually considering challenging them to a hockey or softball game and doing it for charity. Would be a fun and proactive way to squash the beef.

@AboveTheSkyPro @ssarrsss Is what they’re doing corny, lol yes - but to be like omg they stole this, from an already stolen design is a stretch, I was just engaging in some banter back and forth because it came across my timeline.

Not to be a hater, but a popular merch brand just did a drop that looks suspiciously like another popular festival fashion brand after they were just heavily criticized for stealing/ripping off other companies designs 😅

@AboveTheSkyPro @ssarrsss Lol my context is None of the stuff they’re “copying” is original work. That Pretty lights is Denver Nuggets Alternate Jersey. The list broken down in the next message is 1. JEEP shirt turned into a jersey, the next are hockey jerseys.

@ssarrsss Yeah I looked at both, to come up with my point of view. I don’t think the company 808 or what not, is replicating the lobo brand at all. Their a Merch company that just does a bunch. Lobo would have to actually have created the style for this to be valid is what I’m saying
