Raczej do jsimu bo matma na infie jest dobrze wyłożona i jest jej sporo, ale still matematykiem po tych kursach nie jesteś. Na isim chyba matmę trzeba rkować więc na pewno bliżej do gwiazdek na matmie, a nie infy

@iffearl @Gniazdownik @ToPrzelom To nie jest też jakaś szczególna wada, cenie sobie wolność wyboru jaką daje uwr, ale jednak imo osoba bez isimu nie dostanie takiego przygotowania teoretycznego jak osoba kończąca mimuw.

The current version of the app is still evolving. bnaskrecki.faculty.wmi.amu.edu.pl/quadr/ It all started back in 2007, when I read Joe Silverman’s book on elliptic curves. There is a beautiful theorem there stating that a typical intersection of two quadratic surfaces is a curve of genus 1. When equipped with a rational point, this becomes a proper elliptic curve. This app allows you to see this and read the Weierstrass equation attached to the original quartic model. I built the app from a single one-page prompt and then fine-tuned it a little. It is more work than I would have spent programming such a thing over a few days in a dedicated computer algebra system, yet it already offers full functionality.
