How long should Absa take ro resolve an issue for a customer? It is so devastating, dissapointing and inconviniencing just waking up to an unexplained debit in your account, visit the branch for 2 days and the issue remains unresolved. Surely Absa you can do better @AbsaKenya

@AbsaKenya You acknowledged your system error and stopped the unauthorized Kes 100 monthly deductions on my account in June, but you still haven't refunded the money you wrongfully took since last year. Check your emails and refund my money before I escalate this to the CBK Supervision Department.
