di kmpus tuh lu nnti akan terbiasa sama temen2 kuliah agendanya diselipin konsul ke psikolog-psikiater like a weekly routine aja, and that’s totally normal 🤷🏻 I say this coz di luar sana byk yg nganggep ini aneh, dianggepnya kasian (ya…emg kasian juga sih jdi WNI)

The best way to support a friend after they tell you they’ve seen a psychologist is to be supportive w/out treating them with excessive pity… Just treat it the same way you would if they told you they’d just been to the doctor for GERD 🤷🏻
