Huckleberry varnish prep underway. Before any varnish goes on, the real work is here. Stripping back, fairing out imperfections, and building a clean, stable surface that will actually hold a finish over time. A high gloss result is not created in the final coat.

Splash day. Recently completed and straight back where she belongs. The bottom was fully sand blasted to bring the hull back to a clean, stable substrate. Three coats of epoxy primer applied to build a proper barrier system. Preparation done properly. Coatings applied correctly

The refinished removable pieces from Mercury - finished in our workshop in one of our 3 sterile spray booths…these pieces were removed by our team, taken to the workshop, refinished, and will be delivered back as good as new. #yachtvarnish #varnish #yachtrefit #yachtmaintenance
