I need everyone thinking a $100M isn’t enough to watch Project Hail Mary, $200M budget and looks better than movies with $500M.

@AxelTalksFilm I worked at AMC and literally the only thing we cared about being snuck in was alcohol most times. I will say theaters would be dying less if we paid, but it’s an insane price to pay. One of the reasons streaming is destroying theaters right now, snacks at home.

if you actually pay this much for snacks at the movies you're doing it to yourself everything but popcorn (which you still can) can be snuck in pretty easily, the most i pay when i go is $10-15 for a the occasional popcorn or chicken tenders at AMC

Stops bullets with his chest and eyeball. Stops a runaway car. Global news montage of Superman saving people. Stops a man from falling to his death. Stops a giant sign from crushing people. Stops a massive fireball from exploding under Metropolis. Keeps the giant Daily Planet globe from crushing Perry White and others. Lifts a multi-ton yacht out from underwater. He even throws a giant mountain of kryptonite into space. And he does all of that alone—no dog, no other superpowered beings needed. Also, the people appreciate and respect this Superman. His relationship with Lois is a love story, not a battle of the sexes. And there’s even a Superboy. The difference is clear. In 2006, Warner Bros LOVED their male hero. Since 2025, they hate him.
