@Absoluteddy So far in spite of what I feel is an increased consumption of food, I've dropped around 3 lbs and it seems to be trending downward.

Has anyone else experienced weight loss after cutting out diet soda? I've been Diet Coke free since Oct 27, used to drink up to 3 cans a day (I know). Weight loss has been pretty rapid for me, and I don't have a ton of body weight on me available to lose, so I'm a bit startled.
