@ProudElephant One big problem in America these days are folks that assume they know the truth and have any right to dictate to our nation what is real, what is normal, what to believe, especially if their assumptions are based on a creation myth. Personal faith is exactly that...personal.

@ProudElephant In America we don't honor white supremacists that spread lies and hate. True, Floyd doesn't deserve a statue of any kind either. But no American should be executed by any civil servant on our streets. Doesn't matter if they are black green or purple.

@Freedom7Restore United States was designed as both a republic and a democracy and functions as a "democratic republic". A "republic" dictates that power rests with the people who elect representatives, while a "democracy" refers to the broader principle of majority rule and political equality.

I often wonder why democrats were allowed to form in our beautiful country. It seems they would have been eliminated along with the communist party.
