After looking into the situation. We found out that Resolvr abused his mod permissions by inviting cheaters and unqualified players into our Ten Mans in exchange for money. This goes directly against what our community stands for and will never be tolerated. The issue has been handled, all necessary actions were taken, and Resolvr has been permanently banned from the server. We understand there was a Elo mistake. WE gave a new mod roles and his first night made a mistake which effected peoples Elo. Unfortunately we can not undo this mistake. We apologies and we will accommodate to the best of our ability. We’re committed to keeping Ten Mans fair, competitive, and enjoyable for everyone. Thanks to everyone who brought this to our attention. -Kinteigh
