7 goals and 5 assists now gets you World-Class shouts? Okay.

Ok so league wrapped. It’s time to start talking my shit, let’s start with the most important one: Bukayo Saka WORLD CLASS status confirmed. For like the 4th time in his career. Top 3 players for his club and country for the last 5 years and he’s only 24. Arsenal legend

Won 2 domestic cups, 22 unbeaten in English comps, 2nd in the league, all with our youngest squad ever, after a huge rebuild.
My world is absolutely great, looking forward to the new season already.
Thanks for setting the standards for us though BBC, you must be huge admirers.

@Zeeshanszn When have United ever celebrated a league title like this? They haven’t won a league title in 2 decades, if they didn’t do that then that’s odd

Insiders believe a deal at #ManCity for Elliot Anderson is well advanced and Pep Guardiola’s exit will not disrupt the transfer. The player is keen and Enzo Maresca is on board with the signing.
@ManCity also want a right-back and have genuine interest in Brentford’s Michael Kayode, while the club have earmarked Bournemouth’s Eli Junior Kroupi as a future target.

Riyad Mahrez: "Pep [Guardiola] was like, 'I love you. I love the way you play'... He caught me when we [Leicester] played at home against #ManCity. After the game, he came to me, 'I'd love to have you. You're a crazy player. You'd do everything in my team'. And I said, 'Yeah, get me there'... Then he went, '*wink* Don't worry!'
"He was straight to me... Sometimes he'd speak to players in-game, after games, you should've done that, done this. He came to me and said, 'You're coming. I want you. I'd love to have you'. Then, to be fair, they made everything for me to come, they paid the price, £60 million, and I arrived direct.
"From the minute they wanted me, @ManCity was my only club I wanted to go. Because I could have gone to Chelsea as well..." [via @Koora_Break]

Riyad Mahrez on @KevinDeBruyne: "His first year at #ManCity with [Manuel] Pellegrini, good player but I was more amazed by David Silva. When Pep [Guardiola] arrived, he took [him to] a different [level], incredible. Pep knows how to use quality, the quality of Kevin.
"I remember Kevin as a winger [under Pellegrini] when I was at Leicester in his first year - he's not a winger! Pep used Kevin best, took everything out of Kevin; number eight, attacking space, crosses, left, right, shooting. He's an incredible player. I've never seen a player like him.
"He's a different type of player. You've never seen this. He can run, shooting is a joke, left, right, passing. But he needed to be fit. When he's fit, he's a joke. Another player was [Sergio] Agüero. When I arrived, the finishing was a joke. He's like this [small], like this [strong]. I swear, the finishing right, left, head - head as well - he can jump; crazy, crazy striker!" [via @Koora_Break]

Bernardo Silva: “Nine years, it’s a very long time. I'd say I leave as a Man City supporter. When I arrived from Portugal, I was a fan of Benfica, but now I can say for sure my feelings toward this Club are very, very strong. I'll be supporting Man City for the rest of my life. I also have the feeling of being grateful to the club, the people, what the fans gave me. Unbelievable..." [via @ManCity]

Bernardo Silva on why he is leaving #ManCity: “A mix of things in terms of trophies and what I personally achieved. It’s never enough, but I feel we won a lot. It’s time for these young guys to have their moment while for me, it’s an opportunity to go a bit closer to my family.
"It’s been quite a long time I’ve been apart, and I want to be a bit closer. I also want a new challenge. Even though I love the club and the nine years, I feel it’s the right moment to have a new challenge..." [via @ManCity]
