Our zones of regulation board encourages young people to learn strategies to cope with feelings so they can be calm & ready to learn. This allows young people to recognise triggers, develop problem solving skills and have a deeper understanding of their own emotional regulation.

Being around horses has proven to improve confidence, self esteem and help identify and express emotions. It reduces anxiety and stress and encourages building trust and healthy relationships - we see proof of this in so many of our young people. #childrensmentalhealthweek2024

What a wonderful night at the @Racingwelfare carol concert, held at @Tattersalls1766 Henry and Bunbury Chester both loved meeting so many young people, and listening to some carols too!

Wow, it's already been a week since our absolutely fabulous day at @NewmarketRace with our wonderful supporters, Godolphin. Despite the rain, we all had a fantastic time watching the horses and of course the Newmarket Pony Academy Pride Stakes! #localcommunity #communityproject

Our Year 6 Pupils have enjoyed their week of learning all things ponies at @AcademyPony from grooming to mucking out - digestion to colours!

What fantastic produce we have got from our garden - kindly supported by Greener Growth! Star volunteer Cath has worked her socks off (alongside some of our young people), to ensure the garden has been looked after and well tended, and it is fabulous to see such rich results!

We take full advantage of the summer weather (when it eventually arrives) and make sure that the children at the NPA start to learn a little about food, plants and the environment. They all get stuck in to planting and caring for the raised garden beds that we have on site.🥬

It's fabulous to see the jockeys taking the time to inspire younger people - the NPA wouldn't exist without the support of organisations such as @godolphin We thank all of our supporters with ALL of our hearts. You all change the world for these young people. 🙏

Let us introduce you to another of our wonderful equine friends. Henry is quite the yard favourite (don't tell the others!) and has been out and about recently, strutting his stuff at some local shows. He even got to dress up at Christmas as well! #equinetherapy

Hiermeila and Sumayyah @Riding_A_Dream. They had the privilege of meeting Queen Camilla and Khadijah Mellah during their 5-day horse riding adventure. The experience left an indelible mark on their hearts, fueling their own love for the sport. 🏇#Unforgettable #PassionIgnited
