كمال حمزة هو أحد قيادات الرعيل الأول الذين عملوا على تنفيذ رؤية الشيخ راشد بن سعيد آل مكتوم -رحمه الله-، وساهم في تأسيس بلدية دبي وعمل مديراً عاماً لها على مدى 24 عاماً.
سخّر خبراته لإنجاز العديد من مشاريع البنية التحتية والعمرانية مساهماً بذلك في تأسيس دبي الحديثة.
نستذكر اليوم جهود كمال حمزة وإخلاصه، ونشكر تفانيه في بناء نهضة دبي، لأنّ دبي لا تنسى المخلصين.
