Had my normal weekly workouts this week getting ready for @HHSRaidersSB tryouts! Monday(first two clips) I worked on keeping my hands back and exploding through the ball as well as my pre-pitch routine/saying . Tuesday and Thursday(third clip) I worked on curve, offspeed curve, rise, and my new drop ball (pitch in the third clip) that I started learning in December! Leaders: Hold yourself accountable and admit that you CAN be better. I strive to reflect constantly because I know it’s NOT ABOUT ME. It’s about the lives I either infect or heal; it’s about when I respond, do I make them feel empowered or scared. If we don’t look within as coaches, then the problems we face will always be outside of our control and that’s not whole the truth. We can all be better. ❤️

High school softball starts in a couple weeks. When trainings start to end and Senior year suddenly feels very real. Grateful, tired, and not ready for the good byes. I have been going to @AcceleratedFas1 Audra since I was in middle school. This is where I learned all of my amazing diving catches in outfield. Audra and her staff are amazing and I will miss going there. (Pictures are from middle school)
