$inv Accelsius has booked nearly $50 million this year of new business which implies a run rate of $200-$300 million of bookings during this year.
I’m expecting a revenue this year to run about $75 million and next year to be on a $200-$300 million run rate.
I expect that Innventure will sell Accelsius in 2027 based on forward revenue and earnings in the range of $3 to $5 billion.
Add a 20% discount to NAV, this implies $13-$22/sh. Add a reasonable discount to cash flow, the stock should be trading in a 6 to 8 dollar range today and $10 by the end of the year in my opinion.

Accelsious’s Linked In post yesterday about there new IR 150 product was liked by a Sr. Thermal mechanical engineer at AWS and another who works at Meta. Celestica and Supermicro engineers also had liked it.
To me this proves Accelsious is becoming well known in the cooling space with large players and hyperscalers.
The technology is becoming well known and mainstream.

Earlier today, we announced our latest product debut: the NeuCool® IR150. The design allocates 200mm to a vertically integrated CDU and 600mm to 42U of server space, providing 150kW of capacity.
