@lee946 @TravelZork Las Vegas' most infuential blogger is simply not a fan or any sports, and that is an understantement. That kind of got the ball rolling. Past that, I see so many YouTubers live-jumping on that bandwagon pretty much as click-bait.

If you are #hating on Vegas, you just are NOT paying attention. Talking affordable, Vegas is still incredibly affordable in comparison to other cities globally, especially for luxury. Have you seen the prices in Europe lately? Even (other) major USA cities. Insane.

Strat continues to telegraph it will start fully paid parking. There’s premium paid parking now (10% of the spaces), but it appears the trigger will be pulled on 100% paid soon. Anticipate a Wynn-like rollback shortly after it launches. (h/t @sammasseur)

@VitalVegas One overlooked change was when shows went from direct advertising with sites/blogs (etc) to commission-only. We were happy to truthfully promote great shows. Giving the same space and effort for $3.50 per ticket commission? No thanks...
