@Accessorize hi, I tried returning an ear cuff as when I tried it on at home it wouldn't stay on my ear due to the unusual shape. I was refused a refund due to hygiene reasons however your website only says about pierced jewellery being un-returnable. Could someone advise please?

@tamasine @LakelandUK @Accessorize I’ve just done a chargeback with my bank for my @Accessorize order. Accessorize said they can’t tell me when it will be delivered even though I paid a premium for next day delivery and can’t issue a refund as it’s with Evri. That’s a load of codswallop as my contract’s with them
