20 years from now you will look back at your life in joy or regret based on the choices you make today. Be intentional with your choices. Choose wisely.

Love without direction will leave you waiting at a station for a train that was never scheduled to arrive.

Let them call you bitter. They're the same ones who'd take advantage of you if you stayed too sweet.

Be kind, not "nice." Kindness is honesty. Niceness is performance.

No need to pretend. Be your whole self it chases away those who is not for you.

Let them talk about you. Pick up one of your bills and look whose name is on it. Then look who is paying it. That's your answer to gossip.

You did all of that for what? Did it make you feel better after?

Sometimes we don't want to hear the truth because the truth makes us accountable.

Be blunt like a razor it will cut BS from your life quickly.

So you're triggered. Go heal! That trigger just told you what you need to heal. Heal.

No they're not talking about you. Too many people with main character syndrome when they don't even see you. No the story wasn't about you.

Manipulation is for the weak. Strong people move with integrity, and integrity scares manipulators away.

Always being a victim will not change anything but the day you're living. The common denominator in your life is you. Figure out the reason why you keep repeating the same cycle.

Don't be afraid to say, No!

Grow so you can outgrow what wasn't meant to grow with you. Growth purges what wasn't meant to stay. Alignment is the result of growth.

@Tarmeim Many are trying to build relationships in environments not conducive to healthy relationships. The relationship is misaligned with its environment, so people needs are not going to be met. You're going to end up with people being miserable or the relationship feeling one-sided.

Never try to shrink yourself to fit in where you don’t belong you will end up living a heavy, miserable life.
