From running a marketing agency, taking 17+ calls with 6-7 figure CEOs and closing none, to dabbling in stocks during the AMC/GME run - where I doubled my money in under 6 months (despite being down -39% at one point). I’ve been an appointment setter for multiple six-figure coaches, bringing in up to $38,000 in a single month, and started my own professional service business, making £7,983 in profit in the first 28 days and consistently hitting four figures per month… until I lost it all. Why I Made This Account - Through all this, I’ve realized it’s not about finding the “perfect” tactic, the smartest habit, or the next sales trick. What really matters is showing up every day, holding yourself accountable, and doing the work without putting it off for a “better time.” Even when I was 15, people told me to pursue coaching, and I’ve always wanted to do something like this. Now feels like the right time to bring that vision to life. The best landing pages usually are not achieved on the first build. They take testing: new headlines, sections, offers, page types Like a good ad account, it takes testing, pruning, and optimization over time to reach full performance potential.

E-commerce founders, wanting your site to look like Apple’s will cost you millions. Yet it’s a mistake we see all the time when we talk to e-commerce companies. They're confusing aesthetic minimalism with brand strength. Prospects come to us with ideas for their website. They reference Apple or Whoop or AG1 as inspiration. They want clean typography. Generous white space. Sparse copy. But they also want their conversion rates to increase. We tell them that Apple can be minimal because Apple are Apple. They absolutely own trust. Most scaling DTC brands have none of that. Your customer probably found you through a paid ad. They're comparing you to three competitors in different tabs. They need reasons to trust you. Concrete ones. However, that’s not to say you can’t have a premium look and feel as well as a high-optimized site. I remember one client in particular for whom we added $294,412 in new MRR. The CEO initially rejected trust badges as "cheap" and social proof as "too salesy." We ran 15 A/B tests. Every winning test included elements he rejected as "not premium enough." Homepage USP bar: +6.91% revenue per visitor. Social proof section: +5.87% RPV for new users. Product comparison table: +3.97% conversion rate. None of these cheapened the brand. They reinforced premium positioning by demonstrating confidence and transparency. Remember, performance elements don't dilute premium branding when executed with design sophistication. It is a complete myth that you can’t implement a CRO strategy and keep your premium branding. Premium positioning isn't about what you hide. It's about what you prove.

It's just a war of attrition. But at the same time - literally ANYONE can do this. The coolest part IMO - I could crash and burn tomorrow and I'd still feel confident enough in myself to build something at least somewhat succesful. This online business stuff gives you the skills & mental fortitude to do anything in my opinion. Rant, over.
