I don’t know who needs to hear this but you should be throwing most of your tee shots at 65-85% power and you don’t really need a full run up unless you’re throwing over 350’ Smooth mechanics are king Discs want to fly they just need some snap/spin and some air under them

What’s worse missing a free throw to tie the game or missing a penalty kick?

@mpbx3003 I feel like overall the inconsistencies are much less than mold to mold though. Same exact feel and just a slightly different flight is huge for my bag selection

@AceRunEverythin I think having to learn to be a disc whisperer to find a good one, rather than be able to just grab one and know what it's going to do is bad for buyers, especially beginners.

Hot take: The Teebird3 is the common man’s Destroyer So versatile. In different weights and plastics the flight possibilities are endless. Beat one in just right and you can hyzer-flip them into long turnovers. Get a fresh champion one for those spike hyzers.

@BGthe8r This definitely applies to a lot of manufacturers!

@AceRunEverythin I'm torn between supporting that most people shouldn't throw distance drivers and saying that the huge spectrum of variability in discs of the same mold is a net negative

You need a long turnover shot around 300 feet. What are you ripping??

@AceRunEverythin @BogeyObi If the danger is on the left I’ll go more understable to make sure I don’t fade out left.. it’s all about the good miss.

@MattyiceWinter @BogeyObi What’s the thought process here? If there’s a lot of danger do you go stable for a slightly more predictable flight?

I knew I was exaggerating my right to left run up to keep my shoulders and hips away from the target. I didn’t realize how far forward my weight was when I planted and started to transfer my weight through. Keeping my weight back with a straighter run up has been huge for me!

Some of the pros did a disc signing and form checks at Hornets Nest the other week. Connor O’Reilly and @perksofdiscgolf were super awesome and friendly! Got two great tips to work on out of a 5 minute form check!
