New Access to Information Request Reveals Hundreds of Canadians Died After COVID-19 Vaccination, Majority Within Two Days or Less From Severe Reactions. A newly released file under the Access to Information Act provides a detailed breakdown of reports submitted to Canada’s national vaccine safety surveillance system involving deaths that occurred following COVID-19 vaccination. The 50-page release from the Public Health Agency of Canada (PHAC) contains individual level entries drawn from the Canadian Adverse Events Following Immunization Surveillance System (CAEFISS), covering reports recorded between March 1, 2020, and February 12, 2026. CAEFISS operates as a federal, provincial, and territorial collaboration, combining both passive and active surveillance. Healthcare providers, public health authorities, and, in some cases, patients family members contribute reports. The records list 314 cases in which an adverse event following immunization (AEFI) was reported with an outcome of death. Each entry includes the vaccine administered, reported symptoms, and the time between vaccination and onset of symptoms. It is important to note that fewer than 10 percent of vaccine-related adverse events are reported to health authorities, meaning that tens of thousands of cases were likely never documented. In addition, it has become widely known that many doctors feared reprisal if they reported vaccine injuries, which would further distort the true numbers. The vaccines referenced in the access to information file include those manufactured by Pfizer-BioNTech (Comirnaty), Moderna (Spikevax), AstraZeneca (Vaxzevria), and others authorized during the pandemic. Reported symptoms vary widely and include cardiac events such as myocardial infarction and cardiac arrest, neurological events such as stroke and seizures, and other conditions including respiratory failure, thrombosis, and multi-organ complications. According to the file, time to onset of reaction ranged from less than a day to several weeks or, in some cases, was listed as unknown. This thing is wild. It has 42 paragraphs packed with precautions and possible adverse reactions. Forty-two! That’s not exactly screaming “totally safe and simple” to me. And get this — it straight-up lists stuff like measles (or measles-like rash/illness) right near the top of reported reactions, along with things like pancreatitis, diabetes mellitus, anaphylaxis, arthritis, encephalitis, pneumonia, nerve deafness, retinitis, epididymitis… and even death in some cases. The insert doesn’t claim it’s 100% safe or effective for everyone. In fact, it spells out a heap of warnings, contraindications, and things doctors are supposed to watch for.  Six years. Exactly six years to the day since Sucharit Bhakdi sent his first letter to the Chancellor into the world - back then ridiculed, censored, and stamped as the ramblings of a conspiracy theorist - the circle closes. Bhakdi himself writes about it: “A great deal has followed since then - sometimes quite good, sometimes it could have been better. But today a circle has closed - back to the beginning and to the best that could be delivered.” 
What was a warning back then is proof today. 
At the center is a man whose voice cannot be ignored: Dr. Helmut Sterz, former chief toxicologist at Pfizer Europe. Responsible for all animal studies on drug safety. An insider, not an ideologue. Sterz has written a book - and what he documents in it is devastating. 
His core statements, verbatim: •The carcinogenicity risk of Comirnaty was not investigated before approval - for “time reasons.” •Reproduction studies on rats were deficient, making statements on effects on pregnancy or offspring impossible. •The population was not administered the same substance that was tested in clinical trials. Mass production was carried out via a bacterial process with E. coli - result: significant DNA contamination. •Pfizer’s own post-marketing report recorded over 1,200 suspected deaths in just two months after approval. The Paul Ehrlich Institute received 2,133 death reports. Extrapolated using the underreporting factor of 30 applied in the USA: 60,000 deaths in Germany alone. •For every severe COVID course that Comirnaty allegedly prevented, mathematician Rockenfeller calculates 25 severe side effects. •Age-adjusted mortality rose after the vaccination campaign began - instead of falling. •Sterz’s verdict is unequivocal: “Comirnaty should never have been approved in a rule-compliant manner.” The approval led to what he openly states: prohibited human experiments. Bhakdi reports on three scientifically published discoveries in which the MWGFD Institute Inmodia was involved:
First: Foreign DNA from the injections is demonstrably active in the human body for years after the last injection - possibly permanently. People have been genetically altered. Indefinitely.

The federal gov is withholding SafeVac and health insurance data on vaccine injuries. The majority of the responsible commission even refused to request this data. Sustained through daily briefings, manipulated case counts, and the deliberate suppression of every treatment that might have resolved the situation without the injection. The flu-fear propaganda was the delivery mechanism for the weapon. The weapon was the injection. And the scale of what was done, to human bodies, to human life expectancy, to the biological integrity of an entire generation, will be recorded, when history finally tells this story honestly, as the greatest act of mass murder ever carried out against a civilian population.
