Im just saying. Online activism is great as long as you hold your end of the bargain and hold yourself to the same standard as everyone else.

@hearthwarmdhome @m_longacre @Merzboner Hey love. I have ocd and terrified of it too so I get you. My advice is to let your nurse know your situation and they will walk you through it and be super gentle with you. We definently build it up in our heads before but its over so quick. Good luck ❤
