To respond to concerns related to raising the authorized share count, this was to specifically address the remaining legacy issues and assist with our acquisition targets. We are near full resolution of one of the legal matters and reaching settlement on the remaining open one. The company has been left in a much stronger financial position by Javier, who brought in no additional debt or unresolved bills. The remaining legacy issues are from leadership prior to his stint. In addition to this we are actively working with the remaining note holder to retire the debt and anticipate closing the note by December 2026. Moving forward we will be utilizing institutional financing to complete our goals and not taking on further notes. We are working to fully stabilize the capital structure to mitigate any future dilution.

@GTV_Inc After the GTVH receives the sizeable SNTX DIVIDENDS, we need you (GTVH's CEO) to take legal action against Dalsgaard to get the VXIT DIVIDENDS allegedly owing to GTVH's shareholders.

The Company has been notified that the record date to qualify for the previously announced dividend from Suntex Enterprises is April 16, 2026. Shareholders of record as of this date will be eligible to receive the dividend, subject to final regulatory review and approval, if applicable. It is important to note that all outstanding issues related to obligations associated with Lavish, Destino Ranch, and LE Logistics were already in place before the current leadership stepped in. Additionally, Javier Leal did not bring any debt into the Company. His actions were focused on resolving legacy obligations and stabilizing the business. The previously issued 5 billion shares have been utilized strictly to address these legacy items. No shares were issued for acquisitions or personal benefit. Additional items related to these legacy matters have surfaced over the past few weeks, and the Company is actively working towards responsible resolutions in a structured manner.
