Congrats to current JV OC and Cougar Football Alum Aidan Marquez ‘21 who graduated from Ventura College today with High Honors and AS degrees in Kinesiology, Natural Sciences & Liberal Studies! He will be attending CSUN in the fall. What a great example for our student athletes!

2/2 We are blessed at the opportunity to train in this facility and with this guidance. As we told the boys tonight, the high school team just started their weight lifting program Feb 1, so we are mirroring them. 💪🏈

1/2 We are privileged that we are able to use the weight room. And Coach Jeana Van was generous enough to write our workout and take us through it tonight. She has trained countless professional athletes over her 20 year career as a CSCS after graduating from SDSU in Kineseology.

@Coach_Holmes @TheQuarterbackU QBs have to be throwing competitvely year round. The increase in their read strength is undeniable.

Been seeing some interesting post about HS football. Here’s one that I can’t figure out. So the season ends and the first thing that kids do is join a 7v7 team. Why would you continue to showcase the same skills and not take the time to develop them out side of your sport?
