Lovely speaking in the 'A Day in the Life of a Barrister' event yesterday as an alumni @UniWestminster . It was so special attending with my husband @alidemir_lnd who I met 10 years ago there and now our baby to show how a career at the Bar and mum life is possible.

Instructed by the amazing Maria Conesa Gonzalez of @Judge_Priestley on this interesting case where paternity contested between identical twin brothers. This judgment concerns issues concerning A's paternity and the difficulties of establishing this via DNA analysis.

A new authority: Re A [2023] EWHC 3534 (Fam) caselaw.nationalarchives.gov.uk/ewhc/fam/2023/… in which Francis J revoked parental responsibility from a Father pursuant to ChA 1989 s 4 (2A). I was instructed by the absolute star that is Isobel Rarok of @edwards_london.
