It’s been a joy creating this performance in recent weeks. There’s been so much work to pull the concept together but I’m excited to take the stage for a final time with @HuddsBrass tomorrow at the @RedAdmiral_MA contest to showcase what we’ve worked on. @4barsrest

That was far wetter than I was expecting! Finished a touch past 1hr 51m; target was 1hr 53 so I’m pleased with that and the 13 minute improvement from 2019. Mad how many turned out to support considering the rain. Glad to finally make it round having got my place in Jan 2022!

All good things come to an end. I’m incredibly grateful for the 9 years I’ve had with this wonderful team. My geeky dream was to conduct a band at an area contest, I ended up doing 8, winning 2 and qualifying for 3 nationals. Hopefully I’ll add to that again when the time’s right

Nice end to the first week of the holiday finding out I’ve passed the NPQSL course started way back in September 2022. Definitely the toughest assessment experience I’ve ever gone through. Delighted (but mainly relieved!)
