@0xD06F00D Knives are where that side of the convo turn for me. It is objectively better to have a knife in a fight if someone is bigger than you or otherwise, and at that point the "used against you" argument balances on a knife being easy to grab from someone (def not as easy as a baton)

carrying a knife is LARP dude there's no way you're going to butcher someone enough to incapacitate them, just carry pepper spray
