Why does Zelenskyy have so many homes and such a high net worth during wartime? One would think all those assets would be sold and proceeds go towards the war effort. Is this just a money laundering scheme at the expense of the Ukrainian & Russian peoples, the war needs to stop immediately.. negotiate!

Yesterday in Davos, President @ZelenskyyUa crossed a line. There is nothing new in the fact that, as elections approach in Hungary, he once again placed the Hungarian government, and me personally, in his sights. What was surprising, however, was that in his speech he also criticised every other European leader. He says the support sent to Ukraine is insufficient, the weapons are insufficient, and Europe’s determination is insufficient. We did not have to wait long for the response from Brussels. Last night, @vonderleyen presented a roadmap for Ukraine’s development. In it, the Brusselians accepted every Ukrainian demand. $800 billion for Ukraine, accelerated EU accession by 2027, and further support all the way until 2040. This is where things stand. President Zelenskyy has things all backwards, yet the Brusselians are eager to pay up. We will have a few words to say about this as well. A national petition is coming, through which we can send a clear message to Brussels: we will not pay!

@deepwatrcreatur Thank you. I realize that old-school therapists don't immediately and automatically welcome new developments - albeit scientifically sound - and often see them as a threat rather than an inspiration.

@AdJongh I know how much it bothers you that there is unnecessary suffering because people aren’t looking at the latest findings and successful treatments in your clinics. I hope that the news spreads somehow. I guess people in the field are wary of promotion, don’t like popularizers.

This is absolute nonsense, Melissa. See the results of this randomized controlled trial where only and specifically trauma-focused treatment was used. doi.org/10.1159/000547… Treatment for people with BPD and PTSD and those without PTSD was found to be equally effective, and this with a treatment protocol of only 10 sessions.

I apologize for the erroneous tone, but unfortunately, I often encounter therapists who give clients an incorrect message that isn't based on available evidence-based knowledge. This reference is new and based on a recent trial. Therefore, my message was actually meant to inspire hope.

@AdJongh Ad I'm surprised at the weakness in rapport-building online. This was an issue as well when you first engaged the community here with your findings. I know that you're excited to share impressive results. I'm sure you come across better in person, as I've seen you in interviews.

A new randomized clinical trial evaluated the effectiveness of standalone #EMDR therapy in the treatment of #personality disorder (PD)s. The results demonstrated significant reductions in PD symptom severity post-treatment and at 3-month follow-up, with diagnostic remission achieved in 44.1% of participants, and improvements in personality functioning and emotion regulation. These effects were consistent across PD subtypes and among patients with and without baseline PTSD diagnosis.
