Creators are leaving thousands on the table every brand deal. Not because they're bad negotiators. Because the system is built to keep them in the dark. Here's what we're doing about it. 🧵

B every time. The moment you throw out a number without context you lose leverage. You need to know the deliverables, usage rights, exclusivity window, and timeline before you can quote accurately. The real answer though is to have your rate card ready BUT customize it per ask. A 60s YouTube integration is a completely different product than a 15s TikTok spot. If you're quoting the same number for both you're either overcharging on one or leaving money on the table on the other.

Honest question for creators in the room: When a brand asks "what's your rate?" do you: A) Give a number immediately B) Ask clarifying questions first C) Send a rate card D) Panic and stall No judgment. I've done all four. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

Brands don't pay for reach anymore. They pay for proof. The creators who track CTR, promo code redemptions, and retention charge 3-5x what their peers charge. If you can't show the data, you're competing on follower count alone.

Sponsors are the move for small channels. A 10K sub channel with solid engagement can pull $500-1000 per integration while AdSense pays pennies at that level. The trick is knowing your rate before you pitch. Most creators either undercharge or have no idea what to ask for. We built a free rate calculator at adready.app that benchmarks what your channel is actually worth for sponsorships based on your niche and views.

Creators under 50K followers undercharge by 60% on average. Most price on follower count instead of audience match. A 30K finance creator is worth more to a fintech brand than a 200K general lifestyle account. Stop leaving money on the table.

Every creator should have a rate card ready to send. Not "I'll get back to you on pricing." Not "What's your budget?" A clear document with your CPM, your audience demographics, and your package options. Response time is the #1 thing brands say separates who gets picked.

I just built an influencer outreach AI agent in Claude Code 🤯 One prompt → it scrapes TikTok, finds creators in your niche, researches their content, and writes personalized outreach DMs that reference their actual videos. All inside Claude Code. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who are still scrolling TikTok and Instagram manually, DMing creators one by one, and tracking everything in a messy spreadsheet. If you're spending hours every week searching for creators in your niche, checking follower counts, skimming their content to see if they're a fit, then writing the same generic "love your content!" DM twelve times... This agent eliminates the entire loop: → Give it a niche keyword and follower range → Scrapes TikTok via Apify and returns real creator profiles with engagement data → Filters by followers, engagement rate, and brand partnership signals → Deep-dives their recent content — what they post, what brands they already rep, their hook style → Writes a personalized outreach DM that references specific videos they've made No scrolling for hours. No copy-pasting bios into spreadsheets. No generic "collab?" DMs that get ignored. What you get: → A scored creator list with handles, followers, engagement rates, and contact info → Research briefs on each creator — content style, audience signals, brand fit assessment → Personalized pitches your team can send immediately → A brand context file that compounds — every campaign teaches the system what works Built 100% in Claude Code with Apify for scraping. I put together a full playbook with the exact skill files, brand context template, and the workflow to set this up yourself. Want the full playbook completely for free? > Like this post > Comment "AGENT" And I'll send it over (must be following so I can DM)

ChatGPT Images 2.0 + Seedance 2.0 is f*cking wild 🤯 I generated this 25-second UGC ad for Barebells in under 20 minutes: creator, script, scenes, finished cut. ChatGPT Images 2.0 generates the creator. Seedance 2.0 turns it into video. Perfect for DTC brands and agencies who want to test 20 UGC angles before paying $2K per creator video. If you're briefing creator agencies every week, waiting 7-10 days for one take of one variation, and paying $150–$300+ per UGC video that still misses the brand vibe... This workflow eliminates the entire loop: → Generate your creator in ChatGPT Images 2.0 → Save her as a Character Element in Seedance so her face stays locked across every scene → Save your product as a Prop Element with brand-accurate wrapper details → Write a 3-scene script in real UGC dialogue cadence → Fire each scene to Seedance 2.0 with both elements selected → Stitch in CapCut with auto-captions, no music, hard cuts only No creator briefs. No 7-day turnarounds. No $200/video platform fees. What you get: → A finished UGC ad in your brand's voice → Infinite variations of the same concept (test 10 hooks against one product in an afternoon) → A reusable creator and product Element library that scales across every ad → A repeatable workflow your team can run in 15-30 minutes I put together a full playbook with the 5-step system, every prompt template, the Seedance scene structure, and every common failure mode and how to fix it. 4/ Creator economy platforms the verdict: the most overrated category of 2026. creators are a tiny TAM dressed up to look big. the top 1% won't switch tools and the bottom 99% won't pay. every "link in bio" or "creator CRM" startup is fighting for the same 50,000 paying users. avoid unless you ARE the creator building for yourself.

I asked Claude which startup idea has the highest success rate in 2026, which one is already saturated, and which one solo founders should actually bet on out of 6 trending categories: - AI agents for SMBs - Vertical SaaS - Developer tools - Creator economy platforms - B2B marketplaces - AI-native consumer apps And this is what Claude concluded. ↓

If I'm being totally honest: Brands are mostly buying from UGC creators who show up consistently. 10k months aren't built overnight. They're built through repeated exposure and value.
