Enjoyed the 37th annual Willo Home Tour today and meeting homeowners deeply committed to preserving Phoenix history. Historic communities shouldn’t be erased in the name of luxury, multi-family development. HB 2375, up in House Government on Wednesday, protects property rights and respects local communities. Grateful for the bipartisan grassroots support. Working with Senator Alston @LelaAlstonAz, and Rep. Marquez to get this bill over the finish line.
