Besides zippers, how do other makers make a “seamless” tail transition? Im looking to try something new

@HeadsAndTailsAZ This kind of bad behaviour from makers really puts a stain on those of us who endeavour to make sure our customers are happy, and it is becoming so much more common.

Mfw a maker has a queue that's half a decade long and puts out premades instead of client work. Please yall. Do better. I'm tired of seeing stories of makers running off into the sunset because they buried themselves in commissions they'll never do. Anyway. My commissions are open with a 1-2 month turnaround time if you maybe wanted a suit... this year :)

@fumblesquid @ItsNightzy @tigsford This only works for non full time fursuit makers. You need income if you’re full time as it completely replaces any weekly income you could make from a “proper” job

@ItsNightzy @tigsford My upcoming suit maker doesn't request payment until they start. No fee to hold a spot in their queue. I think this is better because they don't have debt/guilt/stress looming over them. I just set the money aside and am waiting patiently :)

@TrigoDergo @ItsNightzy @tigsford I follow the won’t start unless you pay in full, and for good reason. You can’t easily sell a custom fursuit if someone’s character if you’ve started and the customer ghosts.

@tigsford The first 3 lines I was like “yeah, that’s normal” then I read the rest XD as a fursuit maker, I would NEVER ignore a client. Please bother me, I don’t bite!
