@DBagWorshipGuy Vedera was not my style of music at the time but when I saw them open for Thrice they just drew me in. They’re my reminder to always give the openers a chance, you just might find something amazing you didn’t know was out there.

Please just take my advice. If you never heard Vedera’s “The Weight Of An Empty Room”, you’ve just straight up missed it. One of the best indie albums ever. Saw them open for Mutemath. Unbelievably good band. Sadly, they don’t exist anymore. Go listen. Really. Right now.

I don’t think I’ve had a year yet on Spotify where Thrice was not my top artist. I guess that just means I’m old and I like what I like, no need to branch out now.

I feel bad for whichever chicken had to deal with this egg. We’ve had a couple of double yolks in years past but this one seems bigger than I remember. Weighed in at 97g (3.42 oz).

Sometimes you fuck up and all you can say for yourself is whoops… Left some epoxy in the plastic mixing cup too long and things got real hot in a hurry. The sidewalk will remind me of this mistake for a long time.
