I made $294 in the entire month of March. Yesterday, I signed $800 in contracts in a single day. It’s wild what happens when you actually stop overthinking and just fix your strategy. My brain is still processing this, but I’m so ready to get to work. ✍️✨

What part of your process do you think you’re giving too much control to? I saw a creator recently ask their followers on X, “What part of the process are you overthinking?” and pitching immediately came to mind. I used to overanalyze every line like the outcome depended entirely on getting it perfect. But when I spent time reading submissions for a literary magazine I saw the other side. Sometimes I was focused, sometimes I was tired, sometimes nothing felt exciting after reading too much in a row. It made me realize pitching is not judged in a vacuum. It's experienced in a moment. Your background is part of your brand. A messy shelf. Bad lighting. Wrinkled sheets. All of it communicates something to the brand watching your audition. Make it intentional. #ugc #ugccreator #ugccommunity

@UGC_KellyJ @itsjesslaw So what I started to do is create the compound clip in the first timeline and then copy and paste it into the 2nd timeline then you can just “undo compound clip”

@itsjesslaw Yes! I noticed that too. I found though if I delete and re-paste, it does it in the right order. SO confused why, but add it to list of my love/hate relationship with CapCut 😂

You all freaked out when I shared the new Timeline feature in CapCut 😅, so here's how I'm using it to streamline my process when creating multiple hooks. This keeps everything clean for any possible revisions and makes sure nothing gets wonky when editing. Have you used it yet??
