@nedboulting @XOBikes Ned - re your chat with Emily - this was me climbing the third side of Ventoux as part of a Cinglés du Ventoux ride. Mechanical meant I had to wait to borrow a bike off a friend once they had finished. Descent I’m made quicker by a very aggressive Pyrenean mountain dog!

@AvantiWestCoast This morning I had to swap to Chiltern to get to London because of delays out of Coventry. On the way back everything says on time until ready to leave the announced that we will be 15 mins delayed because your driver needs a break. It is truly beyond pathetic

@AdamDentPR Hello, for travel from London and Paris your bike will need to be disassembled and stored in a bike box or a purpose-made bike bag. We’re looking for a solution to be able to accept fully assembled bikes in the future, but we can’t commit to a date at this point. Thank you

@EurostarUK I notice that the website says you do not allow fully assembled bikes on the service from London to Paris. Is that right and , if so, why is that ?
