Manchester United are in advanced talks over a deal with Betway to sponsor the club’s training kit from next season. The logo for Betway, the British gambling company, is set to be featured across the sportswear that Manchester United use when undertaking sessions at Carrington, featuring in photographs released by the club. Manchester United sources estimate the Betway partnership could be worth in excess of £18m and would then be among the highest of its kind in football, in terms of a single partner. It is anticipated more clubs will look to secure gambling sponsors for training kits, with the voluntary ban on those types of companies being used on matchday attire coming into effect for the 2026-27 season. Get why Atletico have been cautious to avoid the Arsenal press but their only out ball over the top to Simeone on the right has been easily dealt with- Saliba been hugely important. Arsenal have done well to remain patient, waiting for the right run to pierce the defence.
