Left-handed hitters: Stop letting the thought of running to first base pull you off the baseball. We gave this hitter the opposite intention: Swing. Then step toward third base. The goal? Refuse to pull off the ball. Get the barrel and body working THROUGH the baseball, not across it and around it. Sometimes an exaggerated intention creates the movement pattern a hitter needs. If you coach left-handed hitters, repost this for another coach who needs it.
