BREAKING- Two people have been temporarily displaced after a car crashed into their home in West Valley City. This is near 4100 S and Mountain View. Everyone inside the home is okay, but I’m told the man driving the car was taken to the hospital.

@SleeperJazz I feel like Jazz fans are too loyal. Like I would never spend the kind of money they charge to watch them sit their stars and lose on purpose. It’d be so cool to see Utah bring home a championship because the fans are awesome, but I just think y’all are way too forgiving.

@MarcRyanOnAir To be clear, he CAN win a Super Bowl. But it'd need to be from years of near-perfect drafting, like we saw when they went to the NFC title game after three straight home run drafts. As we've seen, when he misses in the draft, they don't get better.

@MarcRyanOnAir Marc, tell me if I'm wrong. To me, Brad Holmes has shown he's not a Super Bowl GM. He's a glorified scout that just wants to sign his own draft picks. He's not willing to make any meaningful moves outside of the draft to make a real run at a title.

@elmerLeetree @sbolek1 Fair point. The failed physical definitely impacts what Vegas can get for him. But I still have so little faith Brad would make a move like that. Nothing in his track record supports the notion he would. I hope I'm wrong though.

Those moves are not up to the standard of other Super Bowl-winning GMs. If Brad didn't nail his first three drafts, he'd already be gone in my opinion. They got to the NFC title game because of those drafts. Now they've fallen off because his last two drafts have been awful.

Outside of trading Matthew Stafford (at his request btw), Brad's biggest moves outside of the draft are trading for Za'Darius Smith (only because Hutch was hurt), signing CJ Gardner-Johnson and trading for Carlton Davis.

With every day that passes, my confidence in Brad Holmes goes down. At this point (it could change), I believe Brad is nothing more than a glorified scout who wants to sign his own draft picks. I do not believe he is the GM that'll bring Detroit a Super Bowl.
