@Adam_Antic The electricity prices are hard for many households. Also some are in rentals of various qualities in terms of soundproofing or lack thereof. Try FB Marketplace and musicians/stereo fan websites that permit classifieds esp if your system is a specific manufacturer.

Do people just not like surround sound anymore? I put a full system with an amplifier and several full range loud speakers and a sub on Craigslist for very cheap and I'm not even getting spam emails from the prince of Nigeria.

This assclown actually said we can't afford anything but the military. Apparently, he can't even afford whatever that goop was that he used to put between his wrinkles. I know some of you have relatives who support him. They are bad people. Do bad things to them.

@subbpunkk I'm just totally exhausted. I'm a lifelong criminal. I managed to actually build when I got out, despite having an extensive record. I was the primary caretaker of a guy with ALS. Then he died. Because of course he did. Since then, it's been a spiral. It all falls apart at once.

I'm stuck in a cycle of self-loathing and self-pity. Everything is going terribly wrong at once. A car wreck, a couple overdoses, a shooting, I've lost so many people recently that I've also lost count. We're about to lose electricity, already lost water. I'm so tired.

One protest failed to overthrow the entire system? They busted a gate but didn't liberate the whole facility? Somehow this means the real answer is a party and reform within the existing system? No. It means we need greater numbers, planning, tools. We don't have time for reform.
