I made it! Zero red days for April! and almost $320k in profits! If you think this was easy... you are wrong. I have been trading for 13 years, the first 7 years I was basically isolated, and that's what it took to get to these levels!
So, how did I get this performance while taking less trades & less size than previous months?
Here are some tips:
- First, I was focused on only trading the first 90 minutes and trying to catch the best setup, then I'm done!
- Second, I sized down and didn't take big size. This helped me see the setup way clearer and hold the trade longer, especially leaving runners, where as before I would sell really fast because I was in heavy size.
- Third, the stress level was very low since I was in less size, only focusing on the first 90 minutes, and it was way easier on me mentally.
The market is way bigger than you or me and I am extremely happy to have these results, but I will never let the overconfidence affect me in my next trades. I will never chase trades to make up previous losses. No overtrading. No oversizing. All I do is simply show up every morning and try to catch the best setup!
