Literally our ICPs at Blaze. AI at small companies is a story of capability, not efficiency. It helps them do more and act like bigger cos, not automate out jobs. Doing more > firing people. Didn't realize they'd show so large in the data!

It's not too late to change the AI narrative. But it requires builders to give a damn about who they're building for — not just what they're building. Measure success in whether the people using your product feel better about their lives. Not just ARR and benchmarks.
