Mohamed (N140) "Driver was very helpful, passenger had an epileptic seizure and the driver was very calm and collected and helped every way possible. Customer would like the driver to get praise." Freedom (C03) "I wanted to provide feedback on a driver, Freedom, who was amazing, kind, helpful, polite and just lovely. I had a chair I had to return, and every taxi service had been difficult and unhelpful. Your firm was amazing, but Freedom was outstanding. Most drivers sigh and get annoyed at moving things, but Freedom was so lovely. I am a single mum without a car so his kindness and offer to help was so appreciated. An outstanding member of the team and wanted to ensure you knew this. Too often people complain so I wanted to be sure to recognise such a lovely person. His large car was immaculate, and he did not worry about the chair impacting his car and lovely seats so please make sure management know.
