Competitive gamers: not drinking enough water is why you're choking. A study found ~1.6% dehydration (just 2-3 glasses of water) significantly increased anxiety, fatigue, and perceived difficulty. Worst part: you won't feel thirsty. Hydrate before queuing or you're trolling.
