We are growing into Jesus, we are not growing into Bible because there are so many things in the Bible that are not God’s will yet they were affirmed as God’s will by prophets, believers etc “And he answered and said unto them, Have ye not read, that he which made them at the beginning made them male and female, and said, For this cause shall a man leave father and mother, and shall cleave to his wife: and they twain shall be one flesh?” Matthew 19:4-5 KJV Jesus came to show us God exact will! Today, we are against polygamy but pastors affirm the destruction of lives in the Bible, pastors refuse to rethink their theology on the much blood shed attributed to God in the Bible yet the same Jesus who corrected us on polygamy corrected us on hating our enemies, He was the one who said an eye for an eye is not God’s will! My point, if you care to use your mind and apply it, is that there are a million and one things that are written in Bible and credited to God, yet the only way you will truly know God is to look at Jesus. Jesus is not a perspective of God, He is not the good side of God, JESUS IS GOD! We are called Christians! We are Christ like, not David like or Elijah like, CHRIST LIKE!! The fact that the prophets said God did something does not mean God did it, except that action conforms to the character of Jesus! Please I beg you to think before commenting on this post. They say poverty is a disease, but they never tell you how it can make the person you love walk away. 19 years ago, my wife left me and our 3-year-old daughter because she didn’t want to suffer. I was broken, but I had no choice, I had to keep going. I hustled on the streets of Lagos, skipped meals so my daughter could eat, and did everything to keep her in school. When she turned 7, I lost my mother and became both father and mother. Today, that little girl has made me proud. She just graduated from the Army. Poverty is not the end, it’s just a phase. YOU DON'T HAVE TO EXPEND MILLIONS AND BORROW MONEY TO HAVE A GOOD MARRIAGE Today, I had the honour of blessing the marriage of a beloved brother in Port-Harcourt customary court. He did his traditional and today, sealed it legally in court. After the joining, I was there to bless them, commit their union to God and sealed it spiritually with a Holy communion right there in court. Despite pressure from people, especially his church leaders to have a church marriage, the couple knew what they want and stood their ground. (They are not members of my church) Everyone in the hall, including the couple weren't even upto 30. If I have my way, this is how I'd admonish people that are just starting life to get married. Don't break the bank just to please people. Marriage is not that hard, you're the one that wants to be in debt to please people.

Every sunrise gives a fresh start. Let go of yesterday's mistakes Embrace today with hope, courage, and positivity. because every new day is a new opportunity. Believe in your strength to create change. Your best days are still waiting to unfold.
