For a moment, I want you to imagine that it is me. Me, preparing to attempt a Guinness World Record. Me, getting ready to teach leadership for 48 straight hours. Me, standing before the clock, the crowd, and the weight of that kind of challenge. And if it were me, I know many of you would show up. You would repost it. You would tell people. You would pray. You would support in every way possible. But it is not me. It is my dear friend and brother, @TheTaiwoIsola. And I want you to give him that same energy. When Taiwo asked me to manage this project, I said yes almost immediately. First, because Taiwo is my friend. A real one. One of the best men I know. But even more than that, I said yes because I know he can do this. I have seen his endurance up close. Back in 2017, when we were both serving in Sokoto and working together on a TEDx event, Taiwo came over to my apartment one evening after work. We talked. We planned. Then around 10pm, he went into my little study and began to read and write. By morning, he had written a full-length book. He stepped out around 6 or 7 a.m., took a very short nap, and still went to work. By the time he returned later that day, we continued our TEDx work together. That means I have seen Taiwo do deep, meaningful work for about 36 hours straight, long before any cameras, applause, or public attention. So when I say I believe he can do this, I do not mean casually. I speak from evidence, from memory and from experience. And beyond endurance, Taiwo is one of those voices the world needs. He truly cares about leadership. He cares about people. He cares about growth, systems, and how lives and organizations become better. He is a good man. And good men should be supported. So I am asking you sincerely: please root for Taiwo. His Guinness World Record attempt for the Longest Leadership Lesson will take place from May 1 to May 3, 2026, in Osogbo, Nigeria.
