I’m always confused when EDI committees in science/departments can’t figure out what to do to improve their programs/student experience & then resort to brainstorming… Do the research like you would any other project. There’s often data & action items out there

I'm still over the moon about my first in-person @CAN_ACN conference. I had a fantabulous time networking, learning, & discussing our data on maternal diet, gut microbes, and postpartum mental health. Thanks to everyone who made it possible, including @MCAudet1 Lab & #vaniercgs

In the train back for Montréal, I feel really grateful to have attended @CAN_ACN meeting in Toronto. First Canadian meeting, first in person since I became a postdoc fellow. Inspiring conversations and conferences, looking forward to see you all soon!
